The Food
Our menu changes quarterly, and includes dishes made from locally-sourced produce such as cheese from ‘High Weald Dairy’ and all our bread is baked by Fellows’. You won’t find anything elaborate or overly fussy, just simple dishes made from the best ingredients and cooked well. Click here to see what we have on at the moment.
The Drinks
Cask ales at the Bolney Stage change regularly, and we expect you’ll see some you recognise alongside some more off-piste numbers. Our regulars themselves are able to request their favourite tipple, and they might even qualify for a free tasting pint or two when it arrives at the pumps (by way of checking the quality, that is!)
